The company needed a solution to effectively monitor and control all its locations from a centralized platform, ensuring smooth, consistent, and high-quality operations in every country where it operates.

The Voolkia team implemented a tailored operations management strategy for Arcos Dorados, focusing on network administration, cloud migration, and connectivity. They transitioned platforms to Oracle Cloud, AWS, and Azure, optimized scalability, and installed Wi-Fi networks and routers in new locations with Meraki devices to ensure robust connectivity. Quality control processes generated detailed management reports, while updates to internal manuals and incident monitoring promoted continuous improvement. Additionally, they managed security policies and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) in AWS and Azure, ensuring compliance and innovation.
