Polo IT Scholarship Program‍+ Fundación Integrar

In the POLO IT SCHOLARSHIP program, selected students were trained in programming, being trained in a first stage by Global Learning and in a second instance, by UTN. All were permanently assisted by the INTEGRAR Foundation and the third stage was completed with training aimed at obtaining tools for job search. 3 workshops were given by María Julieta Gabrielli- HR Manager of Voolkia and Marcela Infante, Tech Talent Acquisition of Voolkia.
Programming Training
Students undergo training in programming, with a first stage by Global Learning and a second by UTN.
Professional Support
The Fundación Integrar and Voolkia provide continuous guidance, with workshops focused on job search skills.

Polo IT Integrar Scholarships

We were excited to host an event on August 25th to present the Polo IT Integrar Scholarships, an initiative where participating companies finance the programming training for 20 students. This effort aims to bridge the gap in tech talent and offer students valuable tools to succeed in their careers.
Training & Workshops
The students completed their training provided by UTN, followed by a workshop led by Voolkia’s HR Manager María Julieta Gabrielli and Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist Marcela Infante. The workshop focused on CV preparation, LinkedIn strategies, and interview skills to equip students for job hunting.
Job Application Platform
Previsoft’s employment management platform, Pinget, was introduced. This tool allows students to apply for job opportunities while training entities can monitor their progress.

Integrar Foundation

We had the honor of joining forces with María Eugenia Gorlero and Anabella Maudet, directors of the Integrar Foundation, to give a talk to the students participating in the upcoming programming course provided by the UTN. At Voolkia Software & Services, we are committed to equipping students with the necessary skills to succeed in the workforce.
Skills Workshop
Voolkia will offer students a dedicated course focused on building the essential skills needed to enter the job market. This initiative is designed to support students as they transition from learning to employment.
CV Submission to Pinget Platform
Upon completing the course, graduates will upload their CVs to the Pinget employment website, where companies from POLO IT Buenos Aires Asociación Civil and Cámara de la Industria Argentina del Software – CESSI can review them.

Employability Program
